I'm Thankful for the Northrop Auditorium!

As Thanksgiving is coming up, I can't help but to think of all the things I'm thankful for. And after family, friends and my health, obviously the Northrop Auditorium is at the top of the list!

I'm so thankful for the good times with friends and music I've heard at the Northrop Auditorium! Have a great Thanksgiving, everyone!

Summer at the Northrop Auditorium

Ugh! There aren't any popular events coming to the Northrop. I'm in despair! I need something to do now that summer is here. In search of a fun and promising social scene, I stumbled on some July Varsity Theater events. Might as well!

The Varsity Theater in Minneapolis is hosting great events in the month of July (including Owl City!!). As a city second only to New York City, Minneapolis Theater productions sell out quickly. I'm giving you a heads up on these events! Take this opportunity to purchase your tickets early!

Northrup Auditorium parking

Northrop parking is located south of University Avenue on Church Street in the Nolte and Church Street Garages (usually $9) and the corner of 17th Avenue and 4th Street at the 4th Street Ramp (usually $9). The Northrop is not my favorite place to park and there are often traffic jams coming and going to major events so plan ahead!

I recently was assigned a task to go around Minneapolis, St. Paul and suburbs and take pictures of all of the gorgeous venues! I think there were 24 total venues I snapped photos of. We sure are lucky to live in Minnesota where sports, concerts and theater are extremely popular hobbies!
